The Interrelationship between Three Levels of Governments in Nepal’s Federal Structure (October 13, 2020)

This research analyzes the progress made in the process of implementing constitutional provisions and federalism and the interrelationship between the federal, provincial and local governments. It attempts to analyze various issues like constitutional provisions, the legal structure, policy arrangements, changes in laws and regulations, and provisions regarding fiscal management among others and the ambiguities therein.
