Final Report: Findings on Functioning of Local and Provincial Governments in Nepal (August 2018)

Democracy Resource Center Nepal has released its final report on the functioning and challenges of local and provincial governments in Nepal. The report is based on a six-month-long observation across 145 local units in 54 districts.
